PngCon Studio is a user friendly icon creator designed to replace the heavily outdated Cosmic Icon Maker.
PngCon Studio is designed to go well with PngCon Plus whether you want to create a whole new icon or just convert a png image. There are several useful tools included and a nice clean interface.
